Over the past year, Shaw Gibbs have developed an extremely comprehensive tool which translates Sage into a simple Excel format, thus helping a non-accountant like me to understand a complicated and multi layered accounts package. This tool has become our essential financial analysis and management tool, and now enables us to track the income and expenditure of hundreds of different donors. As a small charity unable to invest much in our financial management, this tool has hugely simplified our lives.
