We have several offices in Central and Southern England and have ambitious plans to expand our business. To support the organisation’s growth, we are looking for a Senior Business Support Administrator to join our Farnham Operations team. This is a permanent full time role based within the office, but with the ability to flex your hours on different days to suit your lifestyle.  

The Role

As a Senior Business Support Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations within the Farnham office. You'll be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, facility management coordination and providing support to the office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

About You

  • At least 2 years’ previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment

  • GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 5 or above or equivalent 

  • Proven communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong IT skills, specifically Microsoft Office Suite and able to pick up new IT packages very quickly

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • A positive, confident and proactive attitude 

  • Enjoy working as part of a team and self-motivated

  • Previous line management responsibilities would be great, but are not essential.
