Putting together a successful Voluntary Arrangement

Recent statistics suggest that there has been a considerable increase in the use of corporate voluntary arrangements to deal with corporate debt situations. This seminar will use case studies and examples of some recent high profile cases to demonstrate how to approach this possible solution to financial distress. Focus will be given to the negotiation with major creditors and the need to juggle the numerous and varying agendas of the parties involved. 

The seminar should be attended by accountants, solicitors, bankers and other professional who advise corporations to provide them with a better understanding of the processes involved, the expectation of their clients and the possible outcomes that can be achieved.
