As an equal opportunities employer, we are proud to have been awarded the Investors in People (IIP) standard. Our staff is our most important asset and critical to our future success. We promote company-wide communication at all times and provide regular and comprehensive training in technical and soft skill areas. We also offer a subsidised bus pass scheme and recycle nearly all office waste, all of which helps our efforts at reducing our impact on the environment.

Our commitment to the local community is taken very sincerely and as such, we are frequently involved with many activities and events. We are a regular supporter of Summertown Artweek Festival, Oxford City Golf Club and Oxford Rugby Football Club and are delighted to actively support the Oxford based charity TRAX. Our staff regularly partake in external charitable events, which have included a climb to the peak of Mount Kilimanjaro, partaking in The Highland Endurance Race and annual participation at the Oxford Town & Gown 10k run. We are also established supporters of the annual Oxfordshire Business Awards which aim to increase the profiles of successful local organisations. In November 2011, we organised the Summertown supports Children in Need initiative which involved local businesses and raised over £30,000.
