Shaw Gibbs Corporate Finance advises LMC International

In a recent transaction, terms of which remain undisclosed, the Corporate Finance team at Shaw Gibbs have assisted LMC Automotive, a newly formed part of Oxford based LMC International, acquire the Automotive Forecasting Division from JD Power & Associates, a business unit of The McGraw Hill Companies.
