Shaw Gibbs is pleased to announce the successful acquisition Herbert Parnell (the trading name of HPCA Limited), a well-respected three partner accountancy practice based in Surrey.

This acquisition is a significant step for Shaw Gibbs as they strengthen their position in the Surrey-region, broaden their service offerings, and reinforce their commitment to providing exceptional accounting and financial services to entrepreneurial businesses and individuals in Central and Southern England.

With a particular specialism in the dentistry sector, Herbert Parnell has over 100 years in the industry and a bank of clients who have been with the firm for decades. The merger with Herbert Parnell is expected to enhance Shaw Gibbs' ability to cater to the unique needs of clients across the Surrey area, whilst also expanding their expertise in the healthcare sector.

The addition of the Herbert Parnell office to the Shaw Gibbs Group will result in a 225 person-strong practice based over five offices located in: Oxford, Basingstoke, Farnham, London and Woking.
