As Chief People Officer, Adam is responsible for setting and overseeing the overall people strategy, including recruitment, retention and culture.

Having spent more than 20 years in Human Resources roles across various industries, ranging from small to very large organisations, Adam brings a wealth of experience to help Shaw Gibbs through its exciting growth.

Adam splits his time between all of our UK offices, and works with his great team of HR, Recruitment and Learning & Development professionals to ensure we remain an incredible place to work.

He spends most of his spare time being a taxi service to his daughters but, wherever possible, he enjoys watching cricket and is a huge advocate for women’s football.
