Anne’s professional background is diverse and she has experience in many different types of organisation; large and small, public and private sector. She has recently joined Shaw Gibbs and is looking to support the business as it grows and develops its range of professional services.
Shaw Gibbs’ continued success depends on its ability to provide a client service that is second to none and so it is fundamental that its employees are professional, skillful, insightful and understand clients’ individual and business needs quickly and accurately. In her role of HR Manager, Anne is ensuring the firm continues to attract, recruit, retain and motivate the best people possible in order that Shaw Gibbs can continue to be fully engaged in meeting the needs and aspirations of its clients.
Anne works part-time Monday to Wednesday and, when not at work, loves to spend time with her family, and enjoys salsa/modern jive classes and countryside-walking.
