David Rickwood

Personal, trust, estate and property tax mitigation, employment status disputes and IR35 issues, revenue enquiries, capital gains tax and inheritance tax mitigation.

Working with clients to provide proactive tax advice and solutions, David has been with the practice since joining Edmund Gibbs in 1982.

Specialising in tax, his experience also includes assisting clients with in depth HMRC investigations and helping with capital tax issues. David also acts as a professional trustee and professional executor.

Away from the office, David is a keen pilot, taking to the skies in a light aircraft whenever the weather allows, and he enjoys aviation photography. He is also a West Ham supporter, enjoys walking in the countryside, and likes to travel to Europe, the Mediterranean and the US.
