Keith joined Shaw Gibbs in 2010 and brought with him 15 years of specialist experience advising owner managers in the development of their businesses. Keith works with SME and business owners, banks and venture capitalists delivering specialist corporate finance expertise across a variety of sectors, from mining to technology.

In 2007 Keith was awarded the specialist Corporate Finance (‘CF)’ qualification by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. This internationally recognised qualification is awarded to outstanding practitioners and is designed with a focus on the commercial, practical and technical skills demanded by major corporate and financial clients and investors. Keith is one of only a few thousand holders across 50 countries worldwide.

Married since 1997 with a daughter, in his spare time Keith enjoys cycling and foreign travel.
