Mark has been delivering support to financial based companies for over 20 years.  His philosophy has always been to make the experience of end users as positive as possible by maintaining and developing systems that combine traditional support values with modern thinking. Mark is an advocate of automating systems at a pace that meets the client need and leaves the user feeling confident about the new system.

Mark’s position of IT Manager allows him to offer support for the current systems whilst developing ideas to utilise the latest technology in an office environment.

Mark is an avid sports watcher and player of some.  He also enjoys long distance trekking and climbing mountains.
