Matt Wistow has over 20 years experience in Corporate Banking and has worked in the Thames Valley for the last 10 years. Prior to joining Shaw Gibbs, he spent a very successful 7 years or so as Associate Director for Business Development with The Royal Bank of Scotland in both the Oxford and Reading Corporate Banking offices.

Matt has a passion for Business Development and a real desire to assist businesses in achieving their goals. He employs an entrepreneurial and commercial approach and he is able to use his extensive network of business and professional contacts to deliver value to his client relationships.

At Shaw Gibbs, his role is to ensure that the firm makes the most of its comprehensive capabilities, expertise and market opportunity, by working with the Partners to ensure a professional and effective approach to business development and the new client opportunities that this generates.

Matt is married with two teenage girls. A keen sportsman, he represents a couple of local clubs and will try his hand at most sports.
