As Corporate Finance Manager, Simon is responsible for advising business owners in acquisitions, refinancing and the sale of their companies.

Simon has worked extensively in financial due diligence for clients in the UK and USA in a range of sectors including healthcare, insurance and education, as well as the general market.

He is also experienced in business valuations and financial modelling and is passionate about working with business owners to identify key value drivers and optimise deal value.

When not working on Excel spreadsheets, Simon is an avid bookworm and also enjoys cycling and gardening.
