Marketing and Business Development Coordinator - Oxford office

Do you have marketing experience, but want to gain experience in Business Development? Do you enjoy planning events and working closely with project owners to see a campaign through to competition?

Then we have a fantastic opportunity for you. We are currently recruiting for a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to join the Marketing and Business Development Team. The key purpose of this role is to help to support the company’s overall objectives by undertaking a variety of campaign activities to generate revenue and strengthen the brand in Oxford & London.

About You

We would like to hear from you if you are a quick learner and can tick all of the below:

  • Have experience in a similar role and are either CIM qualified or looking to work towards it.
  • GCSE in English & Maths
  • Commercial acumen
  • A creative flair
  • Intermediate IT skills in Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills (both written & verbal)
  • A self-starter and a team player
  • Self-motivated, able to manage own workload, prioritising multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, numeracy and analytical skills
  • Confident connecting with people in person, via email, social media & on the phone
  • Ability to travel to London as required

The Role

Your role will be to support our Marketing and Business Development Team deliver a full range of strategic marketing and communications activities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Event planning
  • Campaign development
  • Social media activities
  • Website content and improvements
  • Marketing administration

In return you will work closely with our Marketing Team learning valuable marketing skills. We are a fun and friendly practice, packed with experienced staff that will help accelerate your development.
