Paraplanner – Oxford office

Our Financial Services Division provides a range of financial planning advice, services and access to products for companies and individuals. The emphasis is on holistic financial planning including cashflow planning where appropriate.

We are growing our Financial Services division and are currently recruiting for an experienced Paraplanner to join our Oxford office. Your role will be varied, challenging and hugely rewarding. 

This is a full time permanent position.

The Role

The successful candidate will support the Head of Financial Services and IFAs ensuring that they provide a superior financial planning service to individuals, families and small to medium size companies. The Paraplanner is a varied role and will provide lots variety in a friendly firm which has a culture underpinned by continuous learning and improvement. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Production of reports
  • Conduct of whole market research
  • Preparation of lifetime cashflow models
  • Preparation of pre-meeting/post-meeting material
  • Gathering and analysing information
  • Maintenance of in-house portfolios
  • Adherence to and development of procedures
  • Managing Paraplanner workflow including outsourcing as and when required

About you

You will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar Paraplanner role and be qualified to diploma level. You must have proven stakeholder management skills within an advisory firm, along with excellent written and spoken English and strong attention to detail.
