Oxford Business Awards is now open for entries

For 26 years, the Oxfordshire Business Awards (OXBA) has been recognising, rewarding and promoting Oxfordshire-based organisations. The Awards are firmly established as a bench-mark for excellence in today’s competitive business environment.
Shaw Gibbs supports the Awards alongside 13 of the county’s leading organisations by sponsoring the Business Person and Young Business Person of the Year Awards.
Business Person of the Year
This Award is open to a person over 40 years of age on 1 January 2020 who has worked in business for a minimum of five years.
Entries must be endorsed by a business colleague, partner, or client.
Young Business Person of the Year
This Award is open to a person under 40 years of age on 1 January 2020 who has worked in business for a minimum of three years.
Entries must be endorsed by a business colleague, partner, or client.
Entrants for both awards are anticipated to be business owners and/or directors who have brought financial and/or non-financial benefits to their organisation through their efforts.
It is suggested that entrants should be able to show evidence of some or all of the following:
- Developed and implemented strategic business plans.
- Implemented plans to achieve growth and improve profitability.Actively taken steps to exceed customer expectations.
- Raised their organisation’s profile.
