In light of the ongoing and rapid developments around the spread of COVID-19. I want to assure our staff, clients and suppliers that myself and the Shaw Gibbs team are taking all necessary steps to safeguard the health and safety of our staff and clients, while ensuring that we are available to provide a continued and (as much as possible), uninterrupted service to you. We are constantly monitoring updates from Public Health England and updating our own internal policies to comply with government guidelines or, if it is felt appropriate, put additional measures in place.

We have invested in the latest technology and working practices which ensure that all of our team can work efficiently and effectively whether office based or working remotely. You can continue to speak with our team on their regular telephone numbers and by email. 

As of May 2021, we have opened our offices for all staff members and are happy to host pre-arranged face-to-face client meetings. In order to keep both staff and clients safe, we are using lateral flow tests regularly and checking the temperature of all of our partners and employees each time they come to work in the office. All clients entering the building are expected to check-in using the track and trace app, wear a face mask whilst walking to and from a meeting room and check their temperature on the thermometer provided. We will provide more guidance on what you should expect when confirming your meeting.
