Gemma has over 20 years industry experience in varying finance roles and has built a foundation to support businesses with all levels of financial reporting and structure. 

Gemma is passionate that behind every set of financial data there is a story which shows the business journey so far. This story is Gemma’s driving force and she prides herself in providing timely meaningful financial data to assist in the decision-making process business stakeholders are faced with.

Being previously recognised for Best Female Performance is proof that Gemma is someone who can add value through business partnering and providing support to non-financial managers. 

Outside of work Gemma is mum to three children, two boys and a girl, and one dog. Weekends are family time and involve watching her children play football and dog walks in the country, which of course sometimes end up in a pub. Gemma is also a trustee for a local charity which provides playing field and facilities for local communities. Any spare time Gemma can be found with her kindle getting her fix of psychological thrillers or watching the latest boxset on Netflix.
