Sharmini is the Regional Managing Partner for for the Farnham, Basingstoke and Brookwood offices. 

She joined Shaw Gibbs from Wise & Co in 2023 where she was the Managing Partner. She joined Wise & Co in 1989 following a career at HM Revenue & Customs. 

Sharmini specialises in assisting owner managed businesses with strategic consultancy and tax advice. She has advised on mergers and demergers, acquisitions and disposals, and management buy-outs. Over the years she has used her strong negotiation skills when dealing with HM Revenue & Customs on behalf of her clients to ensure that they pay the right amount of tax. 

Sharmini takes a holistic approach to her clients, dovetailing their personal circumstances and future plans with corporate tax planning. She is a first-class communicator, delivering the high-quality service that Shaw Gibbs prides itself on. 

Sharmini is particularly interested in art and enjoys visiting art museums during her travels both in the UK and abroad. Her love of art is reflected in her client portfolio, which includes a number of fine art and antiques dealers. She enjoys dancing and cooking, especially multi-cultural recipes which she tries out on her long-suffering family and friends.
