Shaw Gibbs is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeremy Gardner as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), further strengthening its senior leadership team as the Group continues its ambitious growth strategy across the UK. 

Jeremy joins Shaw Gibbs with more than 30 years of experience in the accountancy, advisory and professional services sector, having held senior leadership roles at Azets, Roffe Swayne, Smith & Williamson and KPMG. 

Most recently, Jeremy served as Partner and Head of Accounting & Business Advisory Services for the South Region at Azets, where he played a key role in driving growth, improving operational performance and supporting the successful integration of acquired businesses. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong reputation as a commercially focused leader with extensive experience helping professional services organisations scale sustainably while maintaining a strong client and people-first culture. 

In addition to his leadership credentials, Jeremy has advised SME boards across a range of sectors including technology, professional services, distribution and manufacturing. His expertise spans strategic planning, operational delivery, commercial decision-making and financial management, helping business leaders navigate growth and maximise performance. 

As Chief Commercial Officer, Jeremy will be responsible for supporting Shaw Gibbs through the next stage of its development. Working closely with the Group’s Service Line Leads, Office Lead Partners and leadership team, he will focus on driving organic growth, enhancing operational efficiency, developing commercial and pricing strategies, fostering innovation and creating greater visibility of business performance through meaningful KPIs. 

His experience in revenue growth, margin improvement, business intelligence and commercial integration will be invaluable as the Group continues to realise the benefits of growth through both acquisition and organic development.
