How do I pay dividends?

In order to pay dividends, the company directors must first hold a meeting to declare those dividends. Minutes of these meetings must be taken and kept. A dividend voucher is then created detailing the date of the meeting, who is to receive the dividend and how much they will be receiving. The dividend voucher is then supplied to the shareholder and a copy is kept by the company for its own records.
