Christine has been with Shaw Gibbs (formerly Wise & Co) since 1997. She manages the statutory department and registered office facility, providing a service designed to avoid the problems and expense of late or incorrect filings and inadequate statutory record keeping.                      

She specialises in Companies Act filing requirements, incorporation of new companies, the drafting of minutes and related documents for directors’ and general meetings together with the preparation, review and submission of annual confirmation statements and other forms to the Registrar of Companies. In her spare time, Christine is a keen landscape and wildlife photographer, and is an avid supporter of the Surrey Scorchers, the local professional basketball team.
