Kate works alongside Kerry, within the Small Business HR Services team, which provides clients with expert advice and support on everyday issues as well as guidance on more complicated employee scenarios

Kate’s role within Shaw Gibbs is that of HR and Training Advisor, where she provides a comprehensive HR and Training service to the firm, supporting the management and development of our people.

Prior to Shaw Gibbs, Kate worked in various in-house HR roles within the Taunton area.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with her family and friends, Zumba and watching her boys play sport.
