Lizzie Darbourne

Lizzie has over 18 years of experience in marketing and business development roles within growth businesses. With a previous focus within the asset management sector, she most recently led the marketing function at Gresham House, where she played a central role supporting the integration of the business’ strategic acquisitions. Prior to that she worked in the clean energy investment management business, Hazel Capital, and at Matrix Group. Between 2003-2008, Lizzie was part of the British Sailing Team and campaigned in the women’s single-handed dinghy for a place at the Beijing Olympics. Having been training partner for Athens 2004, she was runner up in the trials for Beijing, narrowly missing out on selection. When she’s not working, Lizzie can mainly be found spending time with her young children, ideally messing around in boats on the water or enjoying time at the beach.
