Nikki is a Chartered CIPD professional with over 20 years’ HR experience across a variety of sectors. She heads up the People Advisory Team at Shaw Gibbs, where she focuses on applying evidence-based HR practices to align people strategy with business goals.
Passionate about creating a positive employee experience, Nikki is dedicated to building environments where people feel supported, motivated, and able to thrive.
Outside of work, she enjoys yoga and travelling. Having lived in Singapore, she has a particular love of exploring Asia and discovering new cultures.
