Tim specialises in commercial tax planning to business owners and entrepreneurs, whose clients range from fast growing, entrepreneurial businesses to AIM and fully listed companies. 

Tim has many years of experience and manages a team with expertise in all areas of tax including, remuneration and employee incentives; substantial and complex R&D tax credit claims; group restructuring and acquisition and exit strategies; EIS, VCT and SEIS; inheritance tax planning; profit extraction and Business Asset Disposal Reliief. 

Tim invests time to understand the objectives of shareholders and stakeholders, individually and collectively and works closely with clients to enable them to maximise the use of all available tax reliefs and minimise tax risk.
