One thing about Shaw Gibbs that stands out to me is that I have access to all of the specialists and service offerings that I would possibly need without feeling like I’m working with a large corporate. It still feels like a single company, with a shared culture and approach, even though it has multiple locations.
Steve is an important part of the overall relationship we have with Shaw Gibbs, but I have also worked closely with two or three lead auditors. Importantly, they have all had a similar approach to auditing which is highly collaborative. This means that Shaw Gibbs are able to transfer the relevant knowledge properly within the organisation so that the audit process runs smoothly and efficiently year-on-year.
