The 2022 Oxfordshire Business Awards have now launched. 

A number of Oxfordshire entrepreneurs and business owners attended the launch of the 2022 Oxfordshire Business Awards on Thursday 2 December at the Sadler Building, Oxford Science Park.

The OXBA, which celebrate the achievements of the Oxfordshire business community, after a two year delay, are now in their 26th year and ready to receive your entries. Businesses from across the county will be able to enter the 2022 OXBA with a total of 13 categories open for entry. 

Since the Awards began in 1993, the OXBA have recognised the achievements of thousands of Oxfordshire businesess, including accolades for new firms, small start-ups and the county’s largest corporations. 

After a two year wait OXBA Chairman, Paul Lowe hopes the OXBA can continue to have a ‘positive impact’ on Oxfordshire’s business community, as well as helping to ‘promote excellence’ across all sectors as it did before the pandemic. 

Paul Lowe commented: “For 25 years, the OXBA has championed businesses and those individuals who have made a positive impact in Oxfordshire. Winning an OXBA brings genuine recognition and acknowledgement among peers – therefore we would urge businesses to consider entering these prestigious awards.” 

Categories for 2022 include; The Jack FM Outstanding Visitor Experience Award, The Syndicut Marketing Excellence Award, The Bicester Village Retail Award as well as the two individual Awards, The Shaw Gibbs Young Business Person and Business Person of the Year Awards.

Entry to the OXBA is open until Friday 4 March 2022, with judging taking place through the months of March/April/May. The OXBA Celebration Dinner will take place on Friday 17 June 2022 at Oxford Brookes University. 

Any business who entered the 2020 OXBA will be contacted to see if they wish to proceed with their entry.
