On the 18 June, Wise & Co (part of the Shaw Gibbs group) will be sponsoring Walk the Wards, an event which raises money for their long-time charity partner Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Care. Phyllis Tuckwell who have been in operation in Farnham for over 40 years, provide end of life care, respite care and bereavement support. They are in the process of raising fund for the rebuild of their hospice.

"Walk the Wards" is an annual fundraising event organized by Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Care. Participants can choose to complete a sponsored walk of various distances, enabling people of all ages and fitness levels to get involved. The event not only raises essential funds but also fosters a sense of community spirit, empathy, and solidarity with those receiving care at the hospice.

This sponsorship highlights Wise & Co's ongoing commitment to supporting initiatives that make a real difference in the lives of people facing life-limiting illnesses. The support from Wise & Co enables the hospice to continue delivering outstanding end-of-life care services and expand their reach to more individuals in need.

The event comprises of a 5 or 10 mile walk or run around the grounds of The Hampton Estate in Seale, Surrey and it costs £10 to enter.
