Tania joined Shaw Gibbs in March 2024. Before joining Shaw Gibbs, Tania started her career at Aruthur Andersen. She qualified as a certified chartered accountant before moving to work in various project and regulatory roles across Finance, Operations and IT departments in investment banks. Nine years ago, Tania moved back into accountancy as managing partner in a tech-focussed accountancy practice working with high growth startups.
Tania’s position as Integration and Compliance Director brings together her wealth of experience to deliver strategic projects working closely with the Shaw Gibbs management team.
In her spare time, Tania plays golf, loves a HIIT class and walking her dog. She is also the Treasurer Trustee for North Surrey Domestic Abuse Service.
