What it's all about?

Shaw Gibbs and Michelmores combine their wealth of experience to discuss the practicalities of the transaction process and provide insight into the critical preparations (and pit falls to avoid) to maximise value and minimise stress when selling or buying a business.

The presenters of this seminar are Edwin Richards, Senior Associate in the Corporate team at Michelmores, and Clifford Brown, Lead Advisory Services for the owners of private businesses at Shaw Gibbs.

The seminar is essential for shareholders, directors and those making significant corporate decisions for the future of success of private businesses.

About the Museum of Brands

Over fifty years ago consumer historian Robert Opie began to unravel the fascinating story of how products and promotion have evolved since Victorian times.

By 1975 Robert had enough material to hold his own exhibition. With the help of global brand agency pi Global and founding sponsers Cadbury, Twining, Vodafone, Kellogg’s and McVities the museum became a charity in 2002 and opened in Notting hill, London.

At the end of the seminar you will have the chance to experience the museum’s time tunnel which will take you through a kaleidoscope of images and iconic brands.
