Shaw Gibbs are supporting Fairfield Residential on the 28 September for their 'Living Well in Older Age' exhibition.

The informal exhibition, which is being held in the residential home, will include a number of Oxford providers of services that can help us all as we age. 

This will include:

• Wellbeing - moving better and keeping fit
• Nutrition - eating a healthy diet
• Mobility - aids to help you get around
• Legal - wills and lasting powers of attorney
• Financial - planning for care home fees
• Social - meeting people and staying active
• Home - help at home for independent living

Elderly People's Information Centre

Fairfield has set up an Elderly People’s Information Centre (EPIC) to encourage and support people to live in their own home in the community as they age. Open to everyone, EPIC has leaflets and information about health and wellbeing to financial and legal advice, to help you continue to live the life you want to live into older age.
